Reserve Mountain Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon, deep Ruby color with aromas of blue/black fruits. The palate shows dark berries and cherries, somewhat complex with the presence of firm ripe tannins. The wine is aged in French oak (50% new) for 16 months. The finish shows cinnamon spice and tobacco notes ending with smoky oak. This full bodied wine needs a little more time to soften.

Dense and Rich without awkward jamminess. A complex treat.

Green pepper and herbs dominate both the nose and palate. Medium body, soft tannins. Very good for the price.

Wonderful wine. Lovely Cabernet and what you would expect. Great fruit and long finish.

Great Cabernet. Full body.
