Note to self: anything by Cazin is worth a visit. So pretty, & effortless in its charm- white flowers, balanced, acid spine, enough of a mid palate, just delicious. On the medium end of a light bodied spectrum- just sat right down with roasted potatoes & baked chicken with a roasted vegetable/balsamic/ butter/touch of cream sauce . Dressner imp. That this all comes in at under 15$ is part of the beauty

Interesting, obviously obscure varietal - smelled like Chardonnay tasted like Sauvignon blanc. Good value but not bowled over by anything but it's rare nature. No doubt it will become everyone's little darling and parlor game while gunslinging.

A little fruit (lemon, melon) without being sweet. Some mineral. Lingers pleasantly.
