This is probably the best Beaujolais Nouveau I’ve had yet! Beautiful dark purple in color and very fruity! Nothing better than a delicious wine with Thanksgiving dinner.

This season’s Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau is pretty good. I'm not usually a fan of the early bottlings, so it's a bit of a surprise to find that I like it so. The nose - Gamay grapey - is nearly all dark fruit with a smattering of spice, and that profile holds true on the palate, too. It's a clean, brisk drink that doesn't seem to fall into the usual complaint of being too young. The spicy angle lends it maturity beyond its years, er, weeks. Happy Thanksgiving.

It’s Beaujolais and it’s meant to be an easy drink. It has the classic fruit forward semi sweet flavor. Liked it for what it is
