Surprisingly feminine and open for a 6 yr old Barolo... cherry pits and flowers, fine tannin, just a hint of tar.

Too young. Nice Barolo with strong cherry nose and ripe plums. Tannins not yet softened and strongly acidic. Let it rest another five years.

Bright raspberry and orange zest with floral and earthy Burgundy-like nose. Much more expressive than the first bottle, juicy cherry and grape jolly rancher. Well made and tasty wine.

Aug 6th, 2016Pretty color and nose, more elegance than Langhe Nebbiolos but not the complexity or intensity I hoped for in Barolo, I think it's mildly corked. Still, a lovely wine.

Generous, approachable young Barolo. Tannins seem relatively moderate relative to the fruit & fresh acidity. Brings a smile to the face.
