Treana Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah
Good wine. Great label. Little pricey.

Feb 9th, 2016Well this is a better effort. Not my fav, but I think the Syrah helps this wine a lot.

May 22nd, 2015Gorgeous California blend of 70% CS and 30% Syrah.
Deep ruby in color with a Purple Rim.
Gorgeous on the nose with dark fruits, vanilla and Mediterranean spices, chocolate, forest floor and wood.
Smooth on the palate with blueberries, figs, blackberries, raisins, plums, chocolate, oak, earth, and gentle white pepper.
15% alcohol by volume, with great long legs.
Full-bodied, complex with a big mouth feel.
Great Longgggg finish with full, bold tannins.
Needed 3 hours to open up. Reminds me a lot of the Freak Show. Can be had by itself or with grilled meats.
