Vintage 2014, biowine from Merlot and Petit Verdot. Wagonloads of red fruit, very frivolous wine, pleasure wine, treacherous easy drinking (but 14% alcohol). Partnered it with veal entrecote, gratin dauphinois, brussels sprouts.

Untipical Spanish Leon, fruity, hot and spicy. Spanish guy who turned from penniless to luxury restaurant owner and wine producer, NY taxi driver with plates 3055. Don't know why, but this wine seems to taste somehow american to me, even grapes are not typical for Spain. Maybe a bit too alcoholic nose, but for me was not bad. Interesting story & drinkable wine from successful man. Cheers
