Les Grandes Places Côte-Rôtie Syrah

Muscular, brawn, dark and savory. This had the meat and umami that I crave in Syrah.

Beautiful floral nose, salty, cassis. On the palate, wonderfully balanced, striking acidity, more saline, just enough tannins. Very enjoyable bottle of wine.

Top £75 Rôtie drinking geat now but give 5yrs for oh yeah baby oh yeah 💋

After trying the £29 Champin le Seigneur (rev'd Apr 10) I had to try this £75 beast & it sure delivered 👍 great now but give 5yrs for big bada boom 💥
