Milbrandt Vineyard Syrah

Such a powerhouse! Herbaceous with powerful, bright red fruit: pomegranate, raspberry, and a hint of ripe cranberry followed up by white pepper, black olive and cured meat. The nose is floral, with a faint dried orange blossom note. Yum!

Big, sense fruit with beautiful black olive, leather, and pepper.

Big violet - blueberry blackberry and sharpie marker dry and med tannic. Opens nicely after 15 min. 2016 vintage.

So good. Black fruit. Violets. Graphite raspberry blueberry.

Charles Smith is a great guy. Long hair, plays guitar and loves hockey….he’s practically Canadian.
This Syrah has red/black fruit aromas with plums and cherries dominating.
Complex flavours of black currants, liquorice, smoked herbs and great minerality on the finish.
The vineyards are from Northridge and Clifton Hills (both on the Wahluke Slope)

Punches above its weight. Deep purple. Plum, berry, licorice. Nice acid. Good with Ranoush chicken and beef kebabs.
