Columbia Valley, 413 cases produced. Aging is about right, flavors of cola and spearmint with a mildly tannic finish, alongside some blackberry, raspberry and cherry. 30% new French oak is apparent in nose and mouth and just in balance, with decent acid and just a lingering aftertaste of white pepper. Grapes from Wallula and Dineen Vineyards, 51/49 split. — 6 months ago
Sweet herbs, tobacco and black olive give way to mentholated blackberry as the 2022 Primitivo Porcospino opens in the glass. Creamy and round, with balancing acidity and depths of ripe dark fruit, the 2022 finishes long and pleasantly chewy with a bitter twang and tart wild berry thrust. $25.00 (Eric Guido, Vinous March 2024) — 8 months ago
Pretty tasty cab. — 2 months ago
Really good Syrah. Wahluke slope always delivers. With some air this wine opened up beautifully. — 7 months ago

Another great vintage and bottling from Fielding Hills. Just a wonderful wine. — 3 months ago
Deep ruby in color; blackberries, black cherries, and cedar on the nose; medium acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like plums, strawberry jam, violets, and clay pots with a long finish. Nellie loves it! And so do I. — 5 months ago
Deep Ruby with aromas of dark berry fruits, oak and spice. On the palate flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum with cacao, vanilla and earthy herb notes. Fine tannins, medium finish ending with juicy fruit, toasty oak and herb spice character. Nice, drinking well now! — 8 months ago

8000th wine on here and it’s a doozy! Beautiful raspberry and blueberry fruit, exotic barrel notes, integrated perfectly. White pepper. Stems. Umami. Super exotic. Top notch barrels. Lighter than expected. Best domestic syrah ever? Kinda… thanks for tuning in! 8000 now and more to go. Maybe not Hahahha — a month ago
