Citrus and stone fruits on the nose and in the mouth, backed up with plenty of lemon pith and gravel. Youthful with racy acidity. Light but lingering finish. Good balance. Would work well with oysters and other shellfish.

Surprising champagne to me, 50% pinot noir based with a lightness and lemon pith taste. Very enjoyable airline choice.
