The nose opens with vibrant citrus zest, white peach, and chalky minerality, followed by subtle hints of toasted brioche and honeyed almond. On the palate, the wine is taut and layered, balancing ripe orchard fruit with racy acidity - so electric yet self-assured. Fine elegant mousse and long saline finish.
From the tiny 1-hectare walled vineyard, this is everything I look for in a great Blanc de Blanc, and more! 3 g/L dosage. Disgorged 05/2022. Bottle 336/7545. — 6 months ago
Very nice - more bubbles than POP but slight fruit aftertaste — 2 years ago
Light, citrus sweet, barely bubbly, very nice aperitif. — 3 months ago
Yeast, Chalk, creamy, citrus. Acidic. Slight sweetness. Fruitiness. No Maceration like Krug. Le Whote Label Sec @, Vinsemble, 250627 — 3 months ago
Better than others, not as good as Lanson — 2 years ago
Delightful. Toasted almond, brioche, nougat, and some floral yeast notes. Focused. Bubbles still dancing beautifully. Great celebratory champagne. — 2 years ago
Well-made, round and simple Champagne. Hard to guess age here as it feels so young. Lots of fruits, cream and sunflower seeds. Only aftertaste reveals some age in the form of an old cellar and Jerez notes. Not impressive, but interesting experience anyways.
