Not my favorite. Too much sweet v dry and a lot of strawberries. If you've had too much to drink and don't have dessert in the house, this would be an option. Don't let that happen....

For valentine's day, I opened this wonderful French sparkling Rosé.
Light salmon in color with a pink hue.
Fruity nose of strawberries, flowers, cherries, lemons, citrus, minerals, sea salt, white pepper and yeast.
Medium bodied and crisp with small bubbles.
Dry to off dry on the palate with cherries, strawberries, green apples, bread, grapefruits, minerals and herbs.
Long finish with raspberries and sea salt.
This is a tasty sparkling Rosé. Nicely balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food. Easy drinking, and not simple, but not too complex either.
Not cheap, but fits the occasion perfectly. Paired it with light appetizers, cheeses and fruits.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
