375ml bottle, this wine is beginning to show really well right now. Bright and enticing fruit on the nose. Nice even balance of fruit and tannins on the palette. This is a wonderful wine and is very enjoyable with a filet.

Tar, blackberry, gum Arabic, dark rye loaf with caraway, cedar wrapped tobaccos, baked artichoke, baked black currant, mussel shells in beef broth, broken pencils and rosemary sprig. Really a steak bouquet beckoning. Chocolate-y palate with graphite on aged parchment, seared thyme, baked cassis, warm black and blue berries, burnt black currant and black poppyseed. I like this. I knew going in it was going to be round and full, but it contained just enough herbaceous character to keep my brain in the glass. #napacab #mtveeder #cab #cawine #mountainwine #mountveederwinery
