Second 375 ml bottle of the 2013 vintage this week. Green forest, pencil shavings, peppery, and sharp red fruits. Bone dry, tart, olives, herbal. Fruit plays second fiddle here. Quite tannic. Long finish that fades into a sustained cacao note.

Starts with a touch of funk. And rolls into very peppery charred cherry. Still bright and sharp. Would love to see what happens in 5 years but we couldn't resist our only two bottles.

Profoundly earthy, with a great helping of pyrazine. Restrained fruit- blackberry and raspberry, and a garden-full of freshly turned soil, herbs and spices. Great balance of acid and tannin. Rustic and compelling - curious to see where this goes in a few more years.
