Opened, day 1 was very angry and reductive, day 2 drank with lamb stew and its was very good together. Wine itself pretty dark fruited, you get a little bloody/iron thing as well as smokey. The alcohol feels a little strong and the wine itself is not perfectly pieced together but at the end it was very good with dinner and pretty satisfying

Smoker earth and gravel, needs time to settle down, figs, black cherries. Would go well richer pork dishes.

Dark fruit tempered by a volcanic earthiness; black cherry , currant and red berries are lifted by a subtle smokiness. Medium bodied, dry, and laced with super soft tannins.
