Apr 20th, 20212013 in Feb 2021. This is the second wine of the estate and an amazing bottle. Really reminds one of a solid premier cru or even grand cru Chablis fro a great producer. Lemon, bread, good body and wonderful balance. It is seamless and makes you want another sip. It will last at least a couple more years and I think it will get more complex
