Big ol' Aussie Cab. Concentrated red fruit and spiced vanilla. Hints of smoke and pepper. Structured but not overly tannic. Nice bottle of wine.

Solid Australian cab. Lots of ripe red fruit on the nose, with cherry and mint on the palate. A generous fresh finish. Went well with BBQ sirloin tip roast and even better with chocolate cake.

Very nice cab, still young, but beautiful and smooth. I really like Penfolds.

Nice well rounded cab good value for the price. Red fruit cherry and a nice mineral finish. With tortellini good combination overall.

Scored this on closeout but this did not improve w/age. Inky, dark fruit on nose, not much else. Decent mid-palate but a bit clumsy & astringent on finish.
