Nose and taste of this 2008 was exactly like a 2013 we had a few weeks ago. Small intense creamy bubbles, citrus fruit driven and overall perfect, but rather unexceptional.

Delicious. Yeasty/bread dough, baked apple spice and bracing acidity. Wish I had some sushi or oysters.

Belle Époque always hits the spot & this 08 @ £94 is no different 😍 a beauty in the 🌞 that paired lovely with Bruschetta tomato, spring onion, basil, balsamic, olive oil & mozzarella 👍
