Pouring champagne is always special. Pouring Grand Siecle? Extra special! Each iteration is composed of three declared vintages and aged up to ten years on the lies. In this case, 06, 07, and 08; released 2023. The palate has a luxurious texture: lemon curd, white peach, fully integrated with toasted hazelnut. The finish is memorably graceful with chalk, salinity and some minerality. Cheers. — 10 days ago

Pale gold in color. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine’s complexity is expressed in successive notes like vine peach and white fruits notes. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavors very present on the finish — 10 days ago
This lovely rosé is starting to show some age - I’ve had the bottle at least six years so understandable that it has toasty pastry and brioche notes along with a hint of hazelnut, dried cherry and candied raspberries. Very appealing - clean, crisp and refreshing. Very much the PJ style of medium-bodied wine and a lovely color approaching tawny. — 3 months ago

Pale golden hue with delicate, fine bubbles. Aromas of brioche, apple, and pear. On the palate, vibrant citrus, white floral, and toasty flavors are balanced and precise. The body is beautifully expressive—rich yet remarkably light. An elegant and refined champagne.
