This is gorgeous. Creamy and fine-moussed. Quite ripe and polished with small bubbles, a freshness in the midpalate and a lovely delicate spine of acidity. Excellent.

Jun 21st, 2018A lovely ripe nose. Spicy and intense with bread notes, a whiff of wild strawberry. Then on the palate very polished and smooth. Lovely depth and good balance. Not sure if this is one for the ages but it is very complete now. Yum

First exposure to this. Sexy elegance, balance and precision. After a few minutes in the glass the effervescence settles down and the mouthfeel is a treat.
