Intense floral aromas on the front end. Hibiscus. Lots of salted almond and bright red cherries as well. I’m getting mind and herbal flowers. Very feminine for a Barolo.

D7. Pours a dark maroon. Nice aroma of cola, fig, plum, black cherry. Entry is mostly black cherry, good acidity with tobacco, clove, plum, fig. Medium bodied wine. Finishes with good weight and has a nice finish. This wine is a 15 or so year ager. But why not drink now? Was very good with minimal decant.
