Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Classic and true.

A little bit past it's prime but still has plenty fruit left. Very nice and easy drinking. Drank this bottle with a grilled NY strip steak.

From Magnum. Surprise of the night for me. Still youthful and quite nice.

Always a safe play.

Dark with only a faint hint of brick. Elegant & refined, dark fruits without the telltale "dill" component, this wine seems to be just hitting its stride.

Infinitely tasty and reliable.

Started out shaky but rose to an eclectic dinner. Wine after decanting had the right tannins and a dried cherry linger that worked well on my palate.

Found this bottle during my “stay at home and go through your wine” time. Would have bet the house it was dead - but no - still there - barely! But a nice surprise. Cheers!!
