Tenuta di Nozzole
Riserva Nozzole Chianti Classico Sangiovese
Ruby with berry fruit aromas, tobacco and herb notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and cherry with cedar and spice notes. Fine tannins, good balance with acidity, medium+ finish ending with toasty oak character. Drink now, food friendly, nice value!

Jan 17th, 2021Very good wine and nice surprise. Much more rich and complex than a recent, more pricey Brunello.

Jan 4th, 2021Dark garnet color, nose of ripe dark fruit- plum, blackberry & maybe blueberry with some oak. Medium body, smooth with slight dry chalkiness, mild tannins and some acidity. Same dark fruits as nose- good balance to red sauces and grilled & stewed meats.
