Deep ruby, garnet rim. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, strawberry and rhubarb. Interesting flavors, similar to Nebbiolo or Sangiovese. Black fruit, earthy with a black tea finish.

I loved the 2018, suspect this could be a bad bottle.

Cloying and too sweet

Blackberry, sour cherry. Nebbiolo-esque tannins at fraction of price. But grittier than prior vintages. Still great with chicken parm and spaghetti.
