I don’t care. Some of the best wines are from Greece. Underrated. Thymiopoulos is my favourite winemaker and this xinomavro didn’t disappoint. Absolutely delightful of red fruits. Full body. High acidity. The more it was opening up the lengthier the taste was. Honestly hadn’t enjoyed a xinomavro like this in ages — 4 months ago
TSWC. Delightful white wine that doesn’t mind warming up a bit — 2 years ago
Love. The aroma smells like notes of briny olives. Tannic but still smooth. — a month ago
Ruby. Dry. Slight spice. — 4 months ago
Nose: Brett blows off quickly. Hint rubber. Pink roses peeking out.
Palate: good blackberry fruit. Bright. Cocoa. Juicy. Quaffable.

This was super complex. It grew on me as it breathed. 45% Assyrtiko, 35% Malagouzia, 15% Vidiano and 5% Aidani. Mangos. Hints of vanilla. Enjoyed at Koufadakis in Halkidiki. — 2 years ago
