Fruity nose of blueberries, plums, cherries, light wood, vanilla, smoke, spices, earth, bell pepper, vegetables and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with plums, cherries, sweet strawberries, vegetables, vanilla, earth, licorice, spices, chocolates, tobacco and mocha.
Medium on the finish with fine tannins and tangy cranberries.
This is an enjoyable Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles. Nicely balanced and rich, with mild complexity and a soft mouthfeel.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, and needs 30 minutes to open up properly.

Very nice fruit forward and medium tannins. This showed decent layers of complexity with hints of dark berries, spices, very slight mint, and even slight earthy flavor. Would definitely have again.
