BBQ & Zin night!
1 of 5 Turley zins tonight. This was the most unresolved of the bunch. Very little acidity which made the rush of dark fruits seem a bit flabby. Toasted oak, tobacco and spice. This needs more time to come together and I’m sure it will be delightful when it does.
