On the nose is green apples, brioche, apricote, peach and yeasty bread dough.

On the palate is green apples, tart strawberry, plum, yeasty bread dough and mineral driven wet stone.

This wine is pinot noir dominant with fine bubbles that are long lasting with a good creamy mousse.

Less bubbly that your average sparkler, this brut is heavier on the Chardonnay than the Pinot Noir, but there must be a spash of it in the mix, as this bubbly stood up bravely to every sort of dish a Korean restaurant could throw at us, from steak tartare to spicy chicken to all those wonderfully varied appetizers.

Awesome for the price. Autolytic and tree fruit driven. Fairly high acid and good length. Ripe red pears and yellow apples with cream and bread dough heavy on the nose and palate. Weighty and complex.

100% Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar. Apricot and plum on the very substantial nose. Golden delicious apple and pear on the palate. So much fruit! Very complex with a fantastic lingering aftertaste of apple that went on forever. Dosage 9g/L
