B e a u t i f u l . Even though it's bigger, Vaillons is always one of the best 1er crus. Also, how F'ing cool is old(ish) white wine? It's so interesting how these wines go from being timid and shy young, to being the most attractive, seductive bottle in the room a decade later. #burgundy #premiercru #chablis #dauvissat

Between light and medium gold. Bright sweet nose with lemon, ocean shells, soy and soil. Very rich and glycerol with some heat that overpowers the acidity in the mouth. Decent finish. Tastes more CA than Chablis. Will more age help? Hope so.

Crisp and fresh... white flowers with crushed gravel and flinty, match stick mineraltiy... Young but the creamy, leasy, cheese rind is coming through softening the acidity and melding nicely with the fruit.
