Dry and tannic but with lightly sweet undertones. Cocoa powder, coffee, subtle smoke, & dark chocolate. — 4 days ago
Blueberry, tobacco, raspberry, and tar throughout the nose & palate. Tannic & hot. More raspberry, cherry, & blackberry notes as it opens. Becomes velvety, almost robust. Alcohol lingers on the finish. — a year ago
Earthy, funky red fruit front with notes of cigar and dark cherry. Dry, wooly finish. Straightforward, but lovely. Just red fruit, oak, smoke, and tannins. — 4 days ago
Smoke, tar, licorice, ripe berries, plum, subtle cinnamon sticks, and mocha throughout. Thin bodied and light, but so flavorful. — 4 days ago
Delicious dessert wine! Notes of apricot, stone fruit, honey, candied orange and lemon, & vanilla. Sweet and lightly syrupy, but still very easy to drink. — 3 months ago
Crisp aroma of yellow apple, pear, & petroleum. Soft, almost buttery notes of lemon zest, yellow apple, pear, honeysuckle, & residual sugar. Crisp, yet sweet. Delicious wine. Had this next to the regular Boxler Pinot Gris, and both are phenomenal. This one leans a bit sweeter though. — a year ago
Bold, jammy aroma of ripe red and purple fruits. Thin front, fruit-forward mid-palate, and a velvety finish. Alcohol, chocolate, and ash linger on the end. Juicy, but bigger on the nose than the palate. — 4 days ago
Ripe cherry, strawberry, and raspberry on the nose & palate. Jammy. Lightly tannic. Earthy finish. — 4 days ago
Plum, cocoa, raspberry, and subtle dust on the nose. Rich, yet dry. Notes of cocoa powder, ash, dried raspberry, unsweet dark chocolate, blackberry, subtle cranberry, tar, & earth. Medium body & tannins. Beautiful balance of fruit & wooly dryness; alcohol hides well; pairs wonderfully with food. — 7 months ago

I get blue cheese on the nose, which I didn’t expect. Maybe it’s the rose notes translating (I hate roses)? They chilled this, which I didn’t expect. Notes of subtle raspberry, butttered crust, & rose petals. — 4 days ago
