Really a lovely Barolo (esp for the price on an otherwise over marked wine list) and drinking quite well at this stage. The tannins are very present, but relatively fine grained. Pretty classic Nebbiolo fruit with great acid on the finish. Delicious. — 7 months ago

Nice, classical Barolo with light, brick red color and a ethereal, aromatic nose with fresh, tart cherries, fading violets and a whiff of undergrowth. On the palate quite light with juicy acidity and the unmistakable tannic grip.

A very easy drinking wine. Nice deep red/purple hue with plentiful plum, dark berry and hints of vanilla and a little spice, making this great with cottage pie and on its own. — 5 years ago

N: Cantaloupes for miles w a touch of strawberry in there. A big, rich nose.
P: Melons draped in acidity, very refreshing and gone in a flash. With some air, a sneaky Nebbiolo bitterness engulfs the finish.
