A little bit of baked pastry or pie crust with smoky undertones beautifully paired with raspberry. It almost drinks like gin...maybe that’s juniper or something similar.

It sits on your tongue like a soft cushion and wraps you tight. It’s a fire pit on a summer night or a walk by a lake when the sun comes out after it rains. There is funk and must, but it provided structure and escape for the juice and was good for me. — 6 years ago

I was ready to be underwhelmed by this $900 bottle gin. Is it worth it? It is if you can afford $900 for a bottle of gin. Massive saffron and hothouse flowers 💐 on a base spirit so smooth as to be deemed chuggable. From the only family on the planet with the gin chops to pull this off.
