The nose reminds me of a Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Chardonnay.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with mild complexity.

Showing citrus, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs and spices.

Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.

Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. Nicely balanced and elegant.

A blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Chardonnay. Aged in concrete vats on the lees for 6 months.

Cool label. Folk art vibes and a fancy crest. Lovely color. Slightest rust in the red rose petal paint palate. Aroma is slightly musky with a floral element. Zinger Tea. (That’s rose-hips). Flavors are herbs and citrus peal. Some berry Danish. Very Italian flavors. Clean and clear on the tongue too. This is a nice flavorful classic from the hills of the Italian countryside. — a year ago
