Nosing and dipping my lips in the glass only. Served with a roasted lamb leg and beans. Superb pairing. Chalk, cherry, raspberry, pepper, bramble... this is superb and deep. The palate is acid driven, showing cherry and raspberry notes. It's very youthful and light in style. It goes very well with the lamb. — 5 days ago
