Best hoppy beer by far in Mexico. — 7 years ago
Too light a touch for a barbarian like me. A bit like making out with a ghost. Mildly tittilating but in the end not all that satisfying. — 9 years ago
Mild hop bitterness & malt balanced — a year ago
I have finally found a wine that I think I could go swimming in. It was so nicely balanced and tasted wonderful. Dark in color with an incisive aroma of spiced apples. Acidity level was crisp and the spice lingered for a long, enjoyable finish. The taste embodied more earth and mineral as opposed to fruit. Bold tannic structure. Very delicious. From a producer based in Peru’s Sacred Valley, hence the cervecería name. Great amber color with a plentiful nose. Light-medium body. Not as heavy as most IIPA’s I’ve tasted from the USA or Europe. ABV% tasted more like 7.3% than 9.3% but that’s always the trap with this style, isn’t it? Based on this, I’d hit this again and/or look to try other styles from this producer. 9.11.24. — 2 months ago
