Very interesting. A teeny bit oxidative the first night, so I reserved judgment until tonight. Admittedly, I have little experience with this appellation’s wine. Nose on night 2 had raw honey, bruised pear, clover, and wet chalky soil. Any hint of oxidation gone. In the mouth, very full, with flavors of dark minerality and pear skin. Long and intense finish. — 8 years ago

Tried twice! From a warm vintage, medium lemon color with aromas of white fruits and wet stone aromas. On the palate flavors of ripe apple & peach, very complex, lively acidity. Long finish ending with mineral and sweet honey character, should age well, but great now! — 3 years ago

Nice white! As others have mentioned, it’s got a baked apple thing going with an enjoyable savoriness. Very quaffable. — 7 months ago
