Decanter’s blind testing resulted in astonishing score of 97 and definitely it was the reason for me to purchase this bottle! This is definite something “different” if not to say a “modern” type of Bordeaux wine and I enjoyed it a lot. — 3 years ago

My first time trying this “New England-Style” pale ale. The label says “Juicy and Hazy...It May look a bit like a milkshake and taste a bit like juice-but that’s the whole point”. I say that on a cool cloudy day waiting for the snow to come this Alberta beer is just plain good and will return to our house “ 5.5 % alc/vol, 35 IBU Blindman Brewing, Lacombe, Alberta Cheers 🍻🇨🇦 — 6 years ago
The 2019 Bon Pasteur has more fruit concentration than either the Gravette de Certan and La Fleur de Gay tasted alongside - blackberry and wild strawberry, truffle and a touch of smoke. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy black fruit, fine acidity, firm backbone yet with plenty of freshness on its sappy finish. A fine Pomerol. Tasted blind at the Southwold annual tasting. 2016 vintage. Amazing to find this in my local supermarket given the microscopic production (around 5000 bottles of pure Merlot from a small 0,5 hectares vineyard). Very ripe cherry and raspberry fruit with some smokiness. Concentrated fruit, a solid structure of well-tamed tannins and good length. Should age well for at least 5 years. Another great Bordeaux value in this excellent vintage at 11,90 euro. Abv. 14%. — 4 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Traditional blend of three varieties, medium lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with notes of oven baked bread. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and apricot with lemon zest and traces of floral notes. Fine lingering bubbles, light mousse, long finish ending with fresh crisp fruits wrapped in balanced acidity and biscuit character. — 6 months ago
