Golden in color. Hints of toast and nuts. Dried apricot and honey but still has some slate and a fine lemon acidity to brighten. A great time to drink this as it has the vibrancy of youth but the complexity of age. Great detail and texture. Lovely — a month ago

A classic but delicious nonetheless. Ripe golden apples, pear, baked pie crust, slight crème brûlée. Creamy, slight buttery. — 20 days ago

One of our absolute favorites. Light and living and just effervescent with lemon curd and clean starfruit and just enough acid to keep the structure together. Incredibly delicate and a well done balancing act to get these flavors to exist with just enough yeast to reflect the lees. Absolutely delightful. — 17 days ago

I am not sure Dom is my jam. The overt amount of fruit and yeasty bread is a little too intense for me. — 3 days ago
