39.97 from new season. Balanced. Round. Worth the price. Would buy again — 7 years ago
Deep purple color, almost black; rich, dark aroma that intensified as wine warmed; taste is woody and briny, black olives; right up my alley. Reminds me of Cigare Volant. I like this a lot. — 8 years ago

Cochon in NOLA — 8 years ago
Rich and and mild. Delicious and perfectly balanced. Too bad they don’t make these any more. Should look for it. — 7 months ago
65/18/15/2 blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsaut and Petit Sirah. Moderate to high pigment extraction, purple red. Aromas and flavors of black pepper and raspberry. Ever so slightly tart, moderate skin astringency on finish with spearmint and alcohol-forward bitterness. Will mellow with decanting. Good value with a screw cap thrown in, yes! Drinks better than the last vintage I had of this. — 9 months ago
Easy to drink. Fruit forward. Refreshing with light acidity. — 4 years ago
Beau hasard! — 6 years ago
Solid. Better than cigare volant. — 8 years ago
Wonderful balance of tannin and fruit. Not much aromas, but very tasty. — 8 years ago
Ray Vanderhoff
Rhône-style blend of primarily Grenache (69%) with additions of Syrah (15%), Cinsault (14%) and Petite Sirah (2%). Bright red color with a small ruby core. Aromas of ripe red fruit, fresh herbs and dusty earth. Flavors of red raspberry, strawberry and currant fruit with additional notes of fennel seeds, tobacco and black pepper spice. Long earthy and spicy finish. No sign of oak aging. Bright, fresh and well structured. Nice chill-able Summer Red. Enjoyed at Three Oaks Steakhouse in Easton, PA. — 10 days ago
