Classic Rioja balanced and a perfect pair to cheese and light meat dishes. Recommend — 6 months ago
Deep red with a hint of brick on the edge. Not a huge nose. Just a light smell of wood and incense. Flavors are zingy and tart. Some cherry. Hint of green herbs. Mint. This is a more acidic and bright wine than the Crianza. Not as juicy and more ‘serious’. Complex. — 8 months ago
Very pretty, on its last leg but still kicking — 3 years ago
Ripe blackberry and black cherry, powerful without being heavy on the palate, tart black cherry, a little black pepper bite, and lingering gravelly tannins.

Primarily Malbec with some Cabernet Sauvignon blended in. Dark ruby/purple color. Aromas of cooked dark cherry/berry fruit, violets and fresh herbs. Flavors of jammy black cherry, dark plums, black licorice, baking spices, fresh thyme and rosemary. Hint of black pepper spice on the long and luxurious smooth finish. Nicely integrated tannins and noticeable acidity. Wonderful harmony and more savory than I was expecting. Pleasant surprise. — 7 months ago

This surprised to the upside! If you like vanilla integrated with oak and a creamy texture, this is perfect. Spanish all the way! Went lovely with our steaks. — 2 months ago
