Tastes like you're devouring a watermelon filled with pomegranate juice trimmed with limestone, lemon rinds, and almond shavings. Refreshingly modern with a depth of terroir and tradition. Rich, concentrated red and black fruit, dry earth, rust iron, italian herbs, topped high alcohol, showing orange color but still has plenty youthful energy. A knockout gorgeous Cabernet Franc paired beautifully with grilled cuore di maiale, pasta wild boar lagu sauce.

Dug in the cellar to find this one. Nice!! Anise, tobacco and prune on the aroma. Smooth, soft fruit with a hint of root beer on the palette. Finished with light tannins. Paired with Halloween candy. It was actually yummy — 10 years ago
