Domaine des Marronniers Chablis Les Marronniers Premier Cru 2018, Burgundy, France #KosherWineSunday Pretty golden in color. On the nose pears, apples, citrus, light wood, light spices, earth and minerals. Medium plus in body and elegant, with medium acidity.Dry on the palate with lemons, ripe citrus fruits, apples, bitter herbs, spices, light oak, earth, vanilla and white pepper.Long finish with almonds and spices. This is a delicious Chardonnay from Burgundy. Well-balanced with an elegant mouthfeel. This 4 year old is showing nice complexity now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. I had it before, and it is drinking even better now. A good quality wine. Good right out of the bottle and better when not too cold.Fruit forward and luxurious. Rich and focused.Kosher and not Mevushal. 14.5% alcohol by volume.93 points.$45. — 3 years ago

Second time around - it was worth another take. Like a decent entry level champagne minus one distinguishing feature, whatever it may be. Lemon zested sourdough starter and chamomile - rich, austere, bracingly acidic. — 3 years ago

Fresh, crisp, and clean. Nose is melon, lemon, and kiwi. Silky in the mouth with a tart, high acid finish. — 4 years ago
