Hipster pet nat that’s actually great — 5 months ago
Ruby red color with some purple highlights. Intense fruit forward aromas and flavors of ripe cherry and blueberry. Hints of garrigue, spices and minerals. Smooth tannins for a young wine. Chalky texture. Good young but looking forward to tasting this one again in a few years. Thanks for sharing, Keith S. — 8 months ago
Outstanding Costco purchase. Vegetal notes upfront, green bell pepper, salt, chalk , citrus notes as well, under ripe kiwi, lime. Beautiful amounts of acid, key lime pie , dry wine with great structure. Fantastic buy. 12.5% — 3 months ago
Star of a two Bandol night, but this at age 14( minus a week or two). Deeper, plush, black violet & cassis nose; on palate tannins really nicely integrated, wild blackberries, more cassis & black currants. Crazy elegant and generous. Feels open. Distant notes of some kind of bark & forest floor. Older wild flowers.Eye opener, in sense of how far Bandol can go for me. — 6 months ago

Very different St Joseph. Tons of brambly dark fruit. Nice acid and tension on the finish. But oddly lacking in tannin and structure. Savory and I appreciate the 13% abv but I think it’s missing a dimension given the price point. — 24 days ago
