Light, fruity, and fragrant. Perfect with chicken braised in white wine with garlic and rosemary. Sweet cherryish fruit, floral notes, and a little warm gravel. Rares sont les Chenins dont on peut dire qu'ils pulsent en bouche. Ce Baumard Clos du Papillon sort d'une chrysalide de fruits de roche, long en bouche, il étend des ailes d'air marin pour vivoter un instant dans le zeste, et finir sur le grès. Magnifique. — 7 years ago
