A great light red being sold for $8.86 a bottle it’s a steal if a deal and very delicious — 5 years ago
Great color and fruit is hanging in there nicely. Bravo! — a year ago
Bucket-list Dominus dinner at Next in Chicago with Christian Moueix and seven vintages of Dominus. I poured a glass for Monsieur Moueix and had him sign the bottle. Wine was absolutely singing at 28 years old… still medium deep purple with resolved tannins and expected sediment. Bravo Christian… and thank you for your efforts. — 2 years ago
Lovely nose of tobacco hint of chocolate and slight floral notes. Judy and full bodied. Nice acidity and backbone. Softening pleasantly after 90 minutes well done Still years to go on this but drinking well. #flaccianellodellapieve bravo! — 4 years ago
Blend of Treixadura, Albariño, Godello, Lado and Loureira, fermented in oak barrels. Expressive nose, citrus, floral notes. Full-bodied, quite ripe, structured. Lacks some complexity — 2 years ago
Birthday bottle—A total knockout this was. It remains youthful still, with serious structure, power and concentration. Ripe black fruit, coal smoke, cigar box, bacon and game. It develops and evolves with air strutting its exceptional balance, detail and otherworldly complexity as the night progressed.
There is a rich, round and velvety texture with fine tannins and tremendous intensity and depth. The transition from midpalate to finish is absolute perfection and it’s 30 second finish can make you weak at the knees. A superb showing, and the 1991 vintage does indeed have plenty of life left to live. Bravo. ✨ — 4 years ago

Loved this, good tannins, leathery volcanic action but also nice red fruits with a slight funk
