Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of lunch. The 2010 “Les Falconnières” pours a garnet color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and slightly desiccated red fruits: strawberries, raspberries, red flowers, mushrooms, forest floor, warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long. This is in a really lovely spot. drink now through 2035. — 15 days ago
The 2019 JF Mugnier Chambolle after an aerator and one hour decant was initially a bit stemmy but after a couple of hours was excellent. Needs another 5 years I imagine — 14 days ago
Absolutely delicious. Ripened well. Rich for a medium bodied. — a month ago

Lovely. Very fresh, cranberries, forest, a bit of tart berry, some funky earth. Overall a great value, probably a little better in a year or two. — 12 days ago
