So far, I've chased down every version of Fullerton Rosé, but this one is rich, sappy with raspberries & hints of earth. That rara avis from Oregon, a full throttle Pinot Noir Rosé from Oregon, which we adroitly saved for a #SpecialOcassion — 10 years ago

This is the Fullerton Lichtenwalter Vineyard, Ribbon Ridge AVA Pinot Noir. It’s so fragrant and delicate. Gorgeous nose has sappy cherry, rich floral notes, Graham cracker, and moist loam. It’s relatively lean and Cote de Beaune-ish in mouthfeel. Crisp acids and a savory set of flavors. Really nice with ginger chicken. — 2 months ago
