The DEX is an experimental version to my understanding. Different every time which is why they don’t clearly state polish although I think this was 23%. Need to confirm. This is an over the top expression even chilled. Aromatics were strong but the flavors were intense and full. Probably the “biggest” Dassai I’ve had.
