Sake World 2024 Had to judge given it’s the same glass throughout the tasting. This did not stand out. I believed this is polished down to 30%. I would give it a shot outside of this environment. It’s hard for these light ones to get a fair shot in a reused glass. — 5 days ago

Bosc pears, golden apples, and white chocolate.
Rich and ripe mouth feel with a long, creamy finish.
Well balanced.
We had Gindara (Sablefish) roasted next to a charcoal fire with grated daikon.

Medium dry sake with fruity aroma of pear, muscat & delicious apple. Very juicy & mild taste with crisp acidity & soft texture. — 4 years ago
