Red and black cherry/currant fruit on the palate with additional notes of baking spices, chocolate and toast. A pleasant hint of vanilla and oak on the long finish. Really tasty wine. Was a WSJ wine. Definitely black cherry with a hint of spice. Higher alcohol but wasn’t hot. Full body with subtle tannins on a long finish. Really enjoyed this one. Would drink again. — 5 months ago
